Purpose

Those who are confident in their meditation practice and dedicated to the path of self-realization are also supported in our weekly meditation group.

The philosophy and meditation process for the advanced meditator will focus on the following points:

We are beings of pure conscious awareness, which can be referred to as Soul, Atma, Higher-Self, Buddha Nature, Christ-Consciousness, Spirit etc.

As this pure conscious awareness we are an individualized spark of the supreme infinite Universal Life Force, which is also known as Mother/Father God, Christ, Brahma, Buddha Nature etc.

This supreme infinite Universal Life Force reveals itself in the transformative power of pure Unconditional Love and universal Wisdom - that which is in the center of every human being's heart - our direct connection to the infinite power of the Universal Life force.

This Universal Life Force or God can be perceived and experienced as the impersonal all pervading spirit that is the energy behind the manifestation of every atom in the universe, or God can be perceived and experienced as an intimate relationship with a perfect divine Mother/Father, Friend, Guide, Angel etc. - in a way that is appropriate to every individual mind - God has no limits. God is freely available to experience within the minds of all beings.

Whilst incarnated we are temporarily housed in a physical body and its mind personality.

Our divine challenge whilst incarnated within this physical body/mind is to awaken from the confines of the body/mind's lower survival consciousness or ego and discover ourselves as undying spirit.

The purpose of this great journey is to awaken, empower and and expand one's conscious awareness of that which we truly are - a direct extension of God's divine Love and creative power.

To give this experience maximum power, we are each given free will to choose to surrender in acceptance of our true nature, our true infinite power, or deny it and experience the path of suffering that precedes awakening.

Karma is the divine law of cause and effect that ensures our eventual awakening through experiencing the consequences of our actions and our creations.

By accepting God/Unconditional Love as our true Master and guide, we as Soul evolve into the power to transcend the lower-self (body-mind). As Soul we become the lower-self's loving Master like a loving parent retrieving, healing and redeeming a lost child. In so doing, this human child self is lifted and absorbed into the Light of Soul, even as Soul is being lifted and absorbed into the Light of Spirit through being Christ/Buddha unto its own human self - the divine integration of spiritual liberation.

In so doing one discovers that to master oneself is to master all physical creation. To save oneself, from the spiritual stand point, is to be in the position to be a savior to the world.

The two supreme guiding principles, the yin and yang of healing, integration and liberation are:

Total Unconditional Love.
Total Personal Responsibility.
Uniting and living these divine principles means to discern and to follow the guidance of the divine Master within ones own heart, which in reality, is one's own highest Self.

There are many useful meditation techniques that can be used. There is no one true path where technique in concerned. Technique must be appropriate to individual make up and need. Discernment is inevitably achieved by trial and error, and by what feels right within the heart of the individual. A teacher is but a guide. The heart of the individual is the ultimate authority. Even when spending time at the lotus feet of a truly realized Master who may discern what is right for the individual, the heart of the individual still has ultimate authority. This is divine law.

A Master is not measured by how many devotees are in tow, but how many Masters he/she sends out into the world.

Fee Policy

Even though a suggested donation for the group and private tutoring is stated, no one who sincerely wishes to learn to meditate and to live a conscious life will be turned away. Every service activity requires resources to continue to serve. These resources allow the Inner Harmony Center to accommodate anyone looking for assistance who is experiencing financial restriction. Please do not hesitate to contact me so we can take care of your special needs.

Private Tuition available for beginners and experienced meditators. $120 1.5 hour session (Concessions available).
