Why do I get depressed, stressed out and anxious? I have tried to get rid of my depression but nothing seems to work. I know my anxiety doesn't make sense, but I can't seem to control it. I am told that I have to accept myself, to love myself more, but I don't understand how. I don't want to rely on pills for the rest of my life. I don't know what is really going to make a difference for me. I don't know where to turn. |
