Director: Phil Golding BA.(Rel.& Psych.)

Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Counselor, Healer, Author,
Life-Coach, Philosopher.

Phil began his own inward journey of personal and spiritual development twenty years ago in 1984. With his natural abilities he soon found himself helping others do the same, with one to one counseling and group work. Over the years, Phil privately studied Existential Psychology, Theosophy, Buddhism, Metaphysics, and Hands-on Healing. He also completed a degree on the subject of Human Consciousness at the University of Queensland, which included Jungian and General Psychology. Phil now works at his own counseling and complimentary therapies center while writing and teaching on the subject of personal and spiritual development using, amongst other frameworks, the 5 Step Process, which he developed himself. The 5-Step Process is closely aligned to the school of Psychosynthesis, developed by Robert Assigioli.

Phil's skills includes working with people suffering from: chronic depression, emotional scars from childhood abuse, and other emotional issues. Phil is experienced in relationship counseling, personal development or life-coaching, and spiritual counseling. Phil is also a "Multilevel Healing" practitioner, which employs a combination of Reiki, guided deep imagery meditation, and spiritual alchemy. Phil's work is grounded in orthodox counseling techniques and psychology training coupled with an extensive knowledge and practice of the ancient and sacred techniques and philosophy of spiritual integration. Phil is also a Dharma teacher, using contemporary Buddhist and Theosophical frameworks and also the 5-Step Process.

He is a dedicated practitioner of his own spiritual and personal healing, integration and development, which he regards as his most important source of training as a therapist and Dharma Teacher. He regards his life as a living meditation, seeking harmony with life on every level, allowing all life's experiences to be his teacher.
